Truly very satisfied. My journey from Chennai with Swamy Ayyappa Travels was too good. Although, it was a long journey I enjoyed it. Nice amenities and a luxurious bus! I couldn't wish for a better bus. I chose the single berth which was cozy. The drivers were very humble and they took good care to make our journey smooth. No sudden breaks/rash driving. I wasn't much tired after taking up such a long journey. Nice journey and great service.
I always had this feeling that private bus drivers are very unprofessional and unsophisticated. But, when I traveled by Swamy Ayyappa Travels for the first time, I realized that I was wrong! The staff was very well-mannered and quite friendly. They took extra care while loading the luggage. The bus was spotless with fresh curtains, bedsheets, and bedspreads. About the journey, It was great. No sudden breaks and rash driving. Overall, it was an amazing experience.
